Can I return my order?
Yes, you can always return your order within 30 days, from the day you received your order. At HIP ORGNL®, returns are even completely free! To do this, follow the return instructions at the question: 'How do I return my order?'. We ask our customers to handle returns with care (also with regard to the environment).
How many days will it take before I receive my order?
We ship free of charge within the Netherlands, to Belgium and Germany as standard. The following applies to all wall decorations and outdoor posters: orders placed before 4:00 PM on working days will be delivered the next working day . Shipping to Germany takes 1 to 2 working days longer. If you have a special adjustment, shipping time may take 1 business day longer.
The decorative cushions have a delivery time of 3 working days . If you have ordered both decorative cushions and wall decorations/outdoor posters, the delivery time of the decorative cushions will be adhered to.
If the package has been given to the delivery service, you will receive the track & trace information (link) by e-mail with which you can track the delivery. All orders are shipped with DHL or our HIP ORGNL® courier service.

How much are the shipping costs?
We do not charge shipping costs . All orders from HIP ORGNL® are shipped for free !
How do you recognize a real and original HIP ORGNL®?
Unfortunately, various parties have committed multiple copying practices (in the past). However, everything from HIP ORGNL® has unique properties. These can never be fully copied and/or they are legally protected. This also allows you to discover when you encounter a 'counterfeit'. There are various unique features that allow you to recognize an authentic and original example of wall decorations, outdoor posters and decorative cushions. A few are listed below:

- The official HIP ORGNL® signature
- The wall decorations are only available through this webshop ( www.hiporgnl.com ).

In almost all cases we see that comparable works have very different materials than our wall decorations. Especially if the pricing is a lot lower. Our wall decorations are made of luxurious material: high-quality aluminum premium dibond (3mm thick) with a matte finish.
This material is also often used in galleries and largely determines the price of our products. It is a completely different material than, for example, a paper poster (rolled up in a tube) or canvas . The wall decorations therefore look very different in your interior, because the appearance has a different (special) look and feel (almost more modern and luxurious). In addition, they are sturdy, they will last for years and you can hang them without a frame. The choice of this material and finish is a very conscious choice for us. Just like everything we do!
Perhaps even more important: our works also have an extra unique visual design, which usually makes them stand out a little more in real life than their brothers from other parties. These unique visual properties cannot be copied either. They therefore also belong to our intellectual property and have copyrights . You cannot get the same wall decoration/image anywhere else, because it has our unique properties, made by us. Furthermore, all works also have the signature of HIP ORGNL® (as a characteristic of our special properties, the quality and the service we offer). For example, you may encounter a zebra or Milkmaid in more places. But we think they are most beautiful in our original way, in combination with the material. And they are unique! In addition, they are also competitively priced based on the material used !

Can I order a hanging system separately?
Which can! You can order an extra or new hanging system here . Select the desired wall decoration size for the hanging system on the page and then continue ordering. If a hanging system has already been attached to the wall decoration, you must first remove it before you can attach a new one. You can carefully remove the hanging system with a sharp knife. This is how you remove the adhesive material from the wall decoration (under the metal plate). You cannot use the hanging system again after removal. The adhesive material is then no longer strong enough to hold the wall decoration. In that case it is important to order a new hanging system.
Is a hanging system supplied with my wall decoration?
Yes, this is always delivered free with your wall decoration ! The outdoor posters do not require a hanging system. These have standard hanging rings in the corners.
Is the hanging system not in the box? Then we recommend following the following steps:
- It sometimes happens that the hanging system is glued inside the cardboard box . Therefore, look carefully through the box to see if it is really not there.
- Some hanging systems are a lot smaller, because they are intended for small wall decorations. These can therefore also be more easily hidden in the box .
- Hanging systems are also attached to the wall decorations (depending on packaging). Therefore, check carefully whether it is not attached to a wall decoration with tape .
Tip : Have you ordered multiple sizes of wall decorations at the same time? First check carefully which size hanging system belongs to which wall decoration before you hang it. Don't forget to remove the transparent protective film on the back of the wall decoration before attaching the hanging system. However, some copies do not have a transparent film on the back. You will notice this, among other things, if you press against it with your nail (no plastic feeling or movement in the material) and if you cannot loosen anything at the edges.

Can I order larger quantities or larger sizes?
Which can! If you would like a HIP ORGNL® design in a larger size instead of the standard sizes, you can request this from us upon request. Send an email to service@hiporgnl.com .
Please include the desired size, quantities and design(s) you would like in your email. We will respond as quickly as possible with a price indication and more information about placing the order.

I have not received a confirmation email or invoice for my order?
Once you have placed an order, a confirmation (with invoice) will automatically be sent from our system to the specified email address. This always happens, unless there is (exceptionally) one
malfunction occurs. If you have not received anything, this is often due to the following reasons:
- The email is hidden in your spam box . Follow-up e-mails about, among other things, the shipping confirmation will also end up here. Take a close look at your spam/junk email inboxes.
- You have entered the wrong email address or there are errors in the email address.

Can I pay with a VVV Gift Card?
Yes, that's possible! At checkout (in step 3), you can select the 'VVV Gift Voucher' option to pay for your order. Please note: there is a legal spending limit of €50 per time. Also read more information about the VVV Gift Card.
Do you want to use more vouchers or spend a higher amount ? Send an email to service@hiporgnl.com . We will then ensure that you can redeem all vouchers or spend a higher amount with an additional payment method to pay for your order.

Are custom designs possible?
We are always open to special requests. If you want a custom-made design or if you want a HIP ORGNL® design in a different style or color, it is possible to have this specially made to measure. Do you want a HIP ORGNL® design with a small adjustment in, for example, the color or size? Send an email to service@hiporgnl.com . Please indicate in your email which wall decoration you would like to see modified. Our designers will then make an example. If it is to your liking, you can easily order it. We will send you instructions about this. If necessary, leave a telephone number so that we can also contact you by telephone. We will respond to your request as soon as possible. How and when can I use my discount code?
Our discount codes always have a certain validity. The date is often communicated with the code. The code can also be used almost always if there is a fixed promotion in the webshop. This way you benefit from a double discount! However, the codes cannot be combined with other discount codes or exclusive promotions. 03 Material
My outdoor poster has wrinkles?
When you take the outdoor poster out of the packaging, it may still be somewhat wrinkled. This will disappear automatically after it has been rolled out. The garden poster will ultimately be completely wrinkle-free.
What material are the HIP ORGNL® wall decorations made of?
All wall decorations from HIP ORGNL® (excl. the outdoor posters) are made of durable, sturdy and dimensionally stable, premium dibond material. This material is very popular in galleries due to its luxurious appearance, smooth structure and the high quality in which the colors are displayed. In addition, all wall decorations have a beautiful matte finish. The premium dibond material is made up of three layers: two layers of aluminum and a plastic core. The material is 3mm thick in total. Thanks to a special layer on the front, the colors light up better and the intense colors are better retained. It is par excellence one of the most beautiful materials for the wall .
What material are the HIP ORGNL® Garden Dreams outdoor posters made of?
All outdoor posters from HIP ORGNL® are made of premium outdoor material (sustainable polyester). It is lightweight, rollable and recyclable. The colors look extra beautiful on this material. In addition, the material has a particularly beautiful finish. The ink of each garden poster is UV-resistant, so the colors retain their beautiful brightness and hue for a long time.
The material is weather-resistant, water-repellent and also remains beautiful in the winter months. In addition, the cloth does not reflect in the sun. The garden posters from HIP ORGNL® are ideal for outdoor use , such as on a fence or wall in the garden, under a canopy or on a (roof) terrace and balcony.
What material are the HIP ORGNL® Cushions made of?
The decorative cushions from the HIP ORGNL® Cushions collection are made of a soft, premium polyester fabric with a matte finish. This fabric is non-iron, dimensionally stable (sturdy) and very strong. The color in the fabric is extra bright due to the way the ink is introduced into the fabric at a very high temperature. The colors of the decorative cushions are therefore even more beautiful than with many other types of fabric. Fabric is also very resistant to intensive use and external influences, such as UV rays, ironing or washing. This means the colors are beautifully preserved.
Are the wall decorations for indoors also suitable for the bathroom or outdoors?
You can also hang our indoor wall decorations in the bathroom or outside. They are water and even UV resistant . Hanging a wall decoration outside is at your own risk. We cannot guarantee that it will not be damaged by certain weather influences (gusts of wind, hail, storm, etc.). We therefore recommend hanging the wall decoration in a more sheltered location. This way it stays beautiful for longer. If the wall decoration is clearly damaged by weather influences, we can no longer guarantee the right to return. We also have a special outdoor collection with garden posters. These are completely made for outdoor use.

How is my package sent?
All orders are shipped with DHL or our HIP ORGNL® courier service. The HIP ORGNL® wall decorations are securely packed in cardboard to prevent transport damage. There is usually also a transparent or printed protective film on the back of the wall decoration. You can simply remove this protective film (via the corners or edges) like a sticker. However, some copies do not have a transparent film on the back. You will notice this, among other things, if you press against it with your nail (no plastic feeling or movement in the material) and if you cannot loosen anything around the edges.
Are not you home?
DHL or the HIP ORGNL® courier service will then deliver your package to your neighbors as standard. You can see where the package was delivered via the track & trace link sent.
When will I receive my track & trace link?
You will usually receive your track & trace link on the evening/midnight before the day of delivery . You will receive this link via the email address you provided when you placed your order.

05 Hang up
How do I hang my wall decoration?
A hanging system is included free of charge with each wall decoration (excl. the outdoor posters. These have their own hanging rings as standard). The bag with the hanging system should contain 7 parts: 1 screw, 1 plug , alcohol wipe(s), 2 spacers (sometimes supplied together), 1 small metal mounting plate with a hole and 1 larger square metal plate . The hanging system also includes simple hanging instructions. These are usually written on the larger square metal plate.
Have you ordered multiple sizes of wall decorations at the same time? First check carefully which size hanging system belongs to which wall decoration before you hang it . Each size wall decoration has its own size hanging system. In other words, there are small and large sizes of hanging systems.
The confirmation is again described in detail here and goes as follows:
1. Remove the transparent protective film on the back if it is on the wall decoration. You can see that it is on the edges (slightly frayed plastic) or you can feel it on the surface (plastic feeling or not completely smooth). However, some copies do not have a transparent film on the back. You will notice this, among other things, if you press against it with your nail (no plastic feeling or movement in the material) and if you cannot loosen anything at the edges. You can easily remove the protective film like a sticker. Sometimes you have to pick it carefully or start carefully with a knife. There is no protective film on the front of the wall decoration.
2. Allow the panel and mounting plate to acclimatize at room temperature (20 ℃).
3. You can stick the larger square metal mounting plate of the hanging system on the back of the wall decoration as a sticker . To do this, remove the (usually brown) paper/plastic from the adhesive part on the back of the plate. Clean the area on which you will stick the mounting plate with the alcohol wipe(s). Then carefully stick the plate in the middle, about ¼ from the top, on the back of the wall decoration. With a round shape you can keep the logo at the front to determine the center. For convenience, stick a sticker on the back where the logo is on the front. This way you have a reference.
4. Press the larger square plate very firmly for another 30 seconds. With a large wall decoration, it is best to place a heavy object on the plate (15 kg) and let it rest for an hour, so you can be sure that it is properly secured. For example, you can use sports weights (dumbells) or heavy books.
5. Now remove the plastic from the adhesive part of the spacers and place them at the bottom of the back of the wall decoration, in the left corner and in the right corner . This way you create the floating effect on the wall. You can follow this same principle with a round wall decoration. Do not place the caps directly under the hanging system, but also on the sides. Consider, for example, the peace sign, in order to apply the correct placement at the bottom

How do you hang a garden poster?
When you take the outdoor poster out of the packaging, it may still be somewhat wrinkled. The wrinkles will disappear automatically after it is rolled out. Each corner of the garden poster contains standard special metal rings that allow you to easily hang the garden poster on screws and nails, for example, possibly in combination with tie-rips (not included). Can I hang the wall decoration on a rail system?
With our hanging system you can hang the wall decoration on a rail system. It's very simple. Our hanging system is a metal plate that you attach to the back of the wall decoration. You can then hang the wall decoration on the hook of your rail system. This hook replaces the screw in the wall on which the wall decoration is usually hung.

What are the transparent caps for the hanging system?
Maybe you've thought about it for a few hours or googled it ten times, but you still haven't figured it out. Here comes the answer: the rubber transparent caps on the hanging system are so-called spacers .
The hanging system will attach your wall decoration slightly from the wall, because the hanging system takes up a few centimeters of space (logical). The rubber caps are used to create the same distance from the wall to the hanging system at the bottom of the wall decoration. This way it hangs straight and slightly away from the wall. This creates a very nice effect.
You can stick the caps on like a sticker by removing the piece of adhesive sheet that is attached to them on the back. It is best to stick the caps at the bottom left and right (a few centimeters) of the edge, of course on the back. You can follow the same principle with a round wall decoration. However, do not place the caps directly under the hanging system, but also on the sides. Consider, for example, the peace sign, in order to apply the correct placement at the bottom.
What does the hanging system look like?
Our hanging system is a metal plate and differs in size (see image below). If you have ordered a large wall decoration you will receive a larger size hanging system. Have you ordered multiple sizes of wall decorations at the same time? First check carefully which size hanging system belongs to which wall decoration before you hang it.
The bag of the hanging system should contain 7 parts: 1 screw, 1 plug , alcohol wipe(s), 2 spacers (sometimes supplied together), 1 small metal mounting plate with a hole and 1 larger square metal plate . The hanging system also includes simple hanging instructions. These are usually written on the larger square metal plate.
Note: Do not forget to remove the transparent protective film on the back of the wall decoration before attaching the hanging system. However, some copies do not have a transparent film on the back. You will notice this, among other things, if you press against it with your nail (no plastic feeling or movement in the material) and if you cannot loosen anything at the edges. Can I order a hanging system separately?
Which can! You can order an extra or new hanging system here . Select the desired size of wall decoration for the hanging system on the page and then continue ordering.
If a hanging system has already been attached to the wall decoration, you must first remove it before you can attach a new one. You can carefully remove the hanging system with a sharp knife. This is how you remove the adhesive material from the wall decoration (under the metal plate). You cannot use the hanging system again after removal. The adhesive material is then no longer strong enough to hold the wall decoration. In that case it is important to order a new hanging system.
Is a hanging system supplied with my wall decoration?
Yes, this is always delivered free with your wall decoration ! The outdoor posters do not require a hanging system. These have standard hanging rings in the corners.
Is the hanging system not in the box? Then we recommend following the following steps:
- It sometimes happens that the hanging system is glued inside the cardboard box . Therefore, look carefully through the box to see if it is really not there.
- Some hanging systems are a lot smaller, because they are intended for small wall decorations. These can therefore also be more easily hidden in the box .
- Hanging systems are also attached to the wall decorations (depending on packaging). Therefore, check carefully whether it is not attached to a wall decoration with tape .

How do I clean the decorative cushions?
The decorative cushions from the HIP ORGNL® Cushions collection are easy to clean. You can wash the covers of the decorative cushion (at 30 degrees) and iron (up to 110 degrees). We recommend placing them inside out in the washing machine or in a laundry bag. This way the colors are better preserved.
You should not put the covers of the decorative cushions in the dryer or bleach them. That is harmful to the substance. For example, dry them hanging on a clothesline.
How do I maintain the outdoor poster?
The decorative cushions from the HIP ORGNL® Cushions collection are easy to clean. You can wash the covers of the decorative cushion (at 30 degrees) and iron (up to 110 degrees). All garden posters are made of premium, luxurious outdoor material (sustainable polyester). The material is weather-resistant and water-repellent . This material is very popular in galleries due to its luxurious appearance, smooth structure and the high quality in which the colors are displayed. In addition, all wall decorations have a beautiful matte finish. The premium dibond material is made up of three layers: two layers of aluminum and a plastic core. The material is 3mm thick in total. All outdoor posters from HIP ORGNL® are made of premium outdoor material (sustainable polyester). It is lightweight, rollable and recyclable. The colors look extra beautiful on this material. We cannot guarantee that it will not be damaged by certain weather influences (gusts of wind, hail, storm, etc.). We therefore recommend hanging the wall decoration in a more sheltered location. This way it stays beautiful for longer. If the wall decoration is clearly damaged by weather influences, we can no longer guarantee the right to return. Most of the original paintings in this collection may be several centuries old. You might imagine that the original works have therefore had to endure quite a bit over the years. Regardless of how we further visually shape these works, some 'scratches' are part of, for example, the crackle of the original work. This also gives it the authentic look. You can almost always feel damage to the material (hole/irregularities) .

Where can I go with a complaint?
Unfortunately, it can sometimes happen that something goes wrong, for example that an order is damaged during transport, a purchase is not entirely satisfactory or when there are complaints about, for example, the service or a product. Of course we want to solve that for you! In that case, always contact us by email, service@hiporgnl.com and let us know what you are not satisfied with.
You will receive a substantive response from us within 14 days of receiving the complaint. Are you not satisfied with the handling of your complaint? Then you can submit this to the Thuiswinkel Disputes Committee, PO Box 90600, 2509 LP in The Hague ( www.sgc.nl ). You can also submit your complaint to the Disputes Committee via the European ODR Platform ( https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ ).”

We naturally want to inform you as well as possible. If you cannot find an answer to your questions in our frequently asked questions , you can of course also send an email to service@hiporgnl.com . We will then try to answer your questions as quickly as possible and help you further.
Please leave your telephone number so that we can contact you by telephone if necessary. Please also leave your order number if you have already placed an order.
I haven't received my order yet?
Have you not received your order after 3 working days after shipping confirmation? Please send an email to service@hiporgnl.com . We will help you as quickly as possible. Do not forget to mention your order number. Please note: weekends are not considered working days.
We ship free of charge within the Netherlands, to Belgium and Germany as standard. The following applies to all wall decorations and outdoor posters: orders placed before 4:00 PM on working days will be delivered the next working day . Shipping to Germany takes 1 to 2 working days longer. If you have a special adjustment, shipping time may take 1 business day longer.
The decorative cushions have a delivery time of 2 working days . If you have ordered both decorative cushions and wall decorations/outdoor posters, the delivery time of the decorative cushions will be adhered to.
When the package has been given to the delivery service, you will receive the track & trace information (link) by e-mail with which you can track the delivery. All orders are shipped with DHL or our HIP ORGNL® courier service.
Do you have a physical store?
Our range is not yet available for purchase or viewing in physical stores. We are busy making it possible to view our offering in real life at several locations in the Netherlands.
Because we understand that you would like to know where you stand, we offer an additional service free of charge. You can, among other things, request a Photoshop example to see in advance how certain work(s) will look on your wall/in the room. We provide appropriate advice. In addition, you always have a 30-day right of return. With us you can always return for free! We do ask our customers to handle the return policy with care (also in connection with the environment).
It's good to know that most customers find our products even more beautiful in real life!

Our products can only be ordered via our website www.hiporgnl.com.
Can I order larger quantities or larger sizes?
Which can! If you would like a HIP ORGNL® design in a larger size instead of the standard sizes, you can request this from us upon request. Send an email to service@hiporgnl.com . Please include the desired size, quantities and design(s) you would like in your email. We will respond as quickly as possible with a price indication and more information about placing the order.
We would also like to provide large quantities. For example, do you have a restaurant or a healthcare institution where you would like to hang HIP ORGNL® wall decorations? Do you have any questions about possible sizes or prices for large quantities? I have not received a confirmation email or invoice for my order?
Once you have placed an order, a confirmation (with invoice) will automatically be sent from our system to the specified email address. This always happens, unless (exceptionally) a malfunction occurs. If you have not received anything, this is often due to the following reasons:
- The email is hidden in your spam box . Follow-up e-mails about, among other things, the shipping confirmation will also end up here. Take a close look at your spam/junk email inboxes.
- You have entered the wrong email address or there are errors in the email address.
