You have the right to return the products and revoke the agreement within a period of 30 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, acquires physical possession of the good.

Return your order
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your withdrawal from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. in writing, by post, fax or e-mail: service@hiporgnl.com ). You can use the model withdrawal form for this, but you are not obliged to do so. Send us an email to service@hiporgnl.com to register your return. We will then provide you with the correct return instructions by email . To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of the revocation
If you revoke the agreement, you will receive back from us all payments you have made up to that point without delay and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to revoke the agreement. We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged any costs for such reimbursement.

Refund period
We may wait with reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any case no later than 30 days after the day on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the agreement to us. You are on time if you return the goods before the 30-day period has expired.

The direct costs of returning the goods are at your expense if you use a carrier other than PostNL. Therefore, first send us an email to service@hiporgnl.com to register your return.

Depreciation in case of damage
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from use of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exchange your products
You can also choose to exchange your product. You can then send us an email to service@hiporgnl.com and indicate which products you would like to receive instead. We will then send these products to you and settle any outstanding amount.
